This course gives a broad introduction to Apteco FastStats with its familiar Windows “drag and drop” interface. You will gain a good understanding of how to analyse data quickly and easily. Analysis functions are explained using relevant examples on a standard dataset. Full course documentation is available and the course is entirely hands-on, with practical exercises to reinforce learning. The FastStats Analyser Standard user training course is intended for staff who will use Apteco FastStats and for the IT staff who will support them.
This course builds on learning from the FastStats Analyser Standard course. You will explore known functionality in more depth and learn to use the advanced features of the software, including how to create and review profile reports. The FastStats Analyser Advanced user training course is intended for staff who will use Apteco FastStats and for the IT staff who will support them.
Delegates wishing to attend are expected to have first completed the FastStats Analyser Standard user training course.
This course teaches you about the concepts and basic statistical methods used in FastStats for both descriptive and predictive data modelling. You will extend your knowledge of profiling and PWE models derived from the profile reports and learn how to create and evaluate alternative decision tree models. The session will also include how to use clustering to understand a database and identify groups who share characteristics, as well as the FastStats Segmentation tool to examine customers, either at a point in time, or their movement between segments over a period of time.
Delegates wishing to attend are expected to have completed the Analyser Advanced user training course for Apteco FastStats and to have a reasonable grasp of analysis topics.
This course builds upon the concepts and basic statistical methods used in FastStats for descriptive and predictive data modelling. You will learn how to explore historic transactional and communication data, analysing different behavioural features, and combinations of features, based on past sequences of activity. See how the customer journeys identified as most useful allow you to make the connection between what has happened and why, and how you can create, evaluate and apply robust models which inform and improve your marketing decisions.
Delegates wishing to attend are expected to have completed the Predictor and/or Modelling user training course for Apteco FastStats and to have a sound understanding of analysis topics.

This course shows you how to use the highly visual interface of Apteco PeopleStage to sketch out single and multi-stage, multi-channel campaigns. Learn how to create target groups, set up timely communications and apply business rules, cost constraints and volume limits to campaigns. Reporting and the analysis of PeopleStage results within Apteco FastStats will be explored, and hands-on, practical exercises undertaken to reinforce learning.

Delegates are expected to have completed the Apteco PeopleStage Campaigner user training course and to have a working knowledge of PeopleStage.
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to dashboards and audiences in Orbit. You will learn how to use multiple visualisation types to find and best display key insights in your data using dashboards created by you or others. The session will also include how to interrogate your data and create audience lists, using workbook tools to further examine and understand your customers and their transactional behaviour.
This course for database administrators provides all the knowledge required to configure, load and refresh FastStats databases using FastStats Designer. The course includes an entire database build using standard reference data and allows time for your own data to be loaded under the guidance of an expert tutor. You will take away a rough build of your own data and be equipped to progress this into a fully polished production build.
Delegates must have a sound knowledge of the MS Windows environment and knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL is recommended.
This course is for Apteco administrators who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the FastStats.NET software architecture.
