Take a look at the highlights from Apteco's Q3 2024 software release
The Apteco development team has been busy over the last few months and their latest software release is a testiment to that. In Apteco Orbit, users can now deliver even more relevant and engaging communications to their customers with transactional campaigns. Users can also quickly copy and reuse complex campaign sections and journey steps to speed up the campaign creation process, and boost conversions by targeting live audiences based on real-time interactions. The Q3 2024 software release includes significant improvements which aim to help users to put insight into action more effectively than ever.
Users can now deliver even more relevant and engaging communications to customers, with the ability to activate transactional campaigns. By targeting transactional activity in campaigns, users can more effectively guide customers through the sales funnel, optimise their marketing efforts, and ultimately drive more sales.
Users can also now send highly targeted, relevant communications, using transactional data variables to high intent customers who are already engaged with their business, such as welcoming new customers after their first purchase, sending order confirmations, receipts, delivery times or updates to shipping, and more. This feature also allows Orbit users to target multiple transactions for the same recipient, sending a separate message for each transaction, without being limited by email provider deduplication.
It's now even easier to craft and manage the ideal customer journey, with the introduction of campaign sections and path redirects. These powerful new components streamline campaign flow, so that users can navigate complex journeys with ease
The new compact design of the journey builder, together with campaign sections and path redirects, makes it easier for users to design, maintain, and optimise campaigns. These enhancements improve the navigability of Orbit campaign diagrams, allowing users to make adjustments on-the-fly, when managing large, multi-stage journeys.
The transformative design makes it easier to manage, navigate and understand multi-stage, multi-channel journeys. There's also the added copy and paste functionality for individual steps within a campaign journey, so users can now copy and reuse steps anywhere in their campaign, saving time by reducing repetitive configuration and reducing the chance of errors creeping in.
Orbit users can also now create full-screen chart visualisations directly in Orbit audiences. This allows users to fully visualise their audience and quickly gain insights from their data without needing to export or manipulate it in other tools. This direct connection between the audience list and visualisation enables faster decision-making, without ever navigating away from the audiences UI. The full-screen visualisations allow users to focus solely on the data being presented, eliminating distractions. This is particularly useful when analysing complex datasets or when presenting data to stakeholders, as it provides a clear and undistracted view of the information. The charts in audiences are interactive, allowing users to explore further with filtering and drill-downs, leading to deeper insights and a better understanding of an audience.
In Q1 2024, Apteco previously introduced tabbed dashboards. Tabbed dashboards allow users to explore multiple views of data in a single application window. Enhanced usability of tabbed dashboards now allows users to export multiple dashboard tabs as a single PDF, and duplicate and reuse complete dashboards, tabs, and single tiles.
Users can also duplicate dashboards, tabs and tiles, which is particularly useful when similar dashboards or tiles are needed for different projects. This saves time by allowing users to replicate existing setups instead of creating them from scratch. Reusing dashboards and tiles also enables quicker deployment of new reports or analytics views and is especially beneficial in fast-paced environments where timely access to data is critical.
And lastly, Orbit users can now trigger campaigns to deliver content that is highly relevant to the current context, situation, or event to live audiences. Engaging with live audiences in real-time allows for immediate interaction, increasing the chances of messages resonating with the audience, leading to better outcomes. When users engage an audience in real-time, they are more likely to take action immediately, whether it’s making a purchase, signing up for a service, completing a survey or sharing content, leading to higher conversion rates. Users can add live data audience segments alongside the existing audiences and then split the journey, using audience and personalisation splits to make the recipient's experience more dynamic and personalised.
