You can now create a new audience directly from a selection of one or more cells within a workbook cube. This new feature makes the audience creation process more accessible on the fly via full screen cubes.

Meta ads and WhatsApp messaging in Orbit campaigns
It’s more important than ever to be able to communicate and engage with your audience via their preferred channels, and with our two new powerful integrations that is even easier. You can now get messaging with our WhatsApp direct integration and harness the advertising potential of Meta Ads, on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger using first party data for acquisition and retention strategies in your Orbit campaigns.
- Maximise the potential of your first party data by using Facebook, Instagram and Facebook Messenger in your advertising strategy.
- Manage different ad formats in your Meta Ad account and then drive the audiences for those ads from Orbit campaigns.
- Leverage the world's most popular messaging platform, WhatsApp, for known recipients
- Craft engaging messages using WhatsApp's rich multimedia capabilities with text, images and call-to-action button capabilities.
- Easily manage opt-out preferences for WhatsApp messages to ensure compliance and respect user preferences.
Streamline your workflow with tabbed dashboards
Tabbed dashboards give you a clear, structured picture of your information, allowing you to examine multiple views of your data within a single application window, facilitating easy comparison and analysis. Conveniently filters are applied across all tabs streamlining the user experience. Each tab displays up to 15 tiles, which increases your data analysis capacity significantly.
- Add new tabs, duplicate, rename, edit, and delete as needed
- Distribute data across multiple tabs, with each tab displaying up to fifteen tiles.
- Allows the user to focus on one aspect of your data at a time, and then easily navigate to the next section.
- Dashboard filters that you select are applied across all tabs.
- Provides a high degree of customisation
New and more powerful selection capability for selector variables
The options for making selections using selector type variables have been extended and, in addition to working with the traditional variable pick-list, you can now search for categories in the same way as when working with text variables. For example, for a selector comprising thousands of product categories, you could select based on a code or description that begins with, ends with, or contains particular characters.
- Selecting using this free-form mechanism brings a significant additional benefit - ensuring that, if new categories meeting the defined criteria are subsequently added to the data, they will also be picked up when the selection is re-run. This is not the case when you select using the variable pick-list.
- The options at the bottom of the free-form panel allow you to determine how to select the required categories, including whether to search using the category codes or descriptions.
Unlock deeper insights with look-alike analytics
Unlock deeper insights into your customers with new look-alike analytics. Using predictive modelling, you can now identify prospects who closely resemble your best customers. You can then apply further analysis using the look-alikes model in Apteco Orbit. This provides enhanced insights for data-driven decisions regarding the size and composition of your target audience.
You can use model score variable dimensions on cubes or model score columns on a data grid to maximise the effectiveness of your look-alike analysis and insights.
- Apply complex analytics to your look-alikes audience.
- Analyse your look-alikes by using the model score variable.
- After using the model score variable, you can analyse further by using the model score in a cube or data-grid.
Create campaign audiences from cubes
Cubes are useful to visualise complex, multi-dimensional data, enabling you to analyse information from different perspectives. This new feature allows you to create a new audience directly from a selection of one or more cells within a workbook cube and makes the audience creation process more accessible on the fly via full screen cubes.
- Your new audience is created with the name you have given representing the records in the selected cube cells
- Cubes can quickly provide answers to complex analytical queries, even when dealing with large datasets. This speed and efficiency make them perfect for interactive and exploratory data analysis.
Administrator defined time window for Orbit updates
Now you can avoid interruptions, out-of-date software and delays by scheduling your Orbit updates to run automatically at a specific time. This enhancement ensures that users are guaranteed uninterrupted access to Orbit outside of their specified time window. Administrators can set updates to run overnight, for example, freeing up the day for users to work without interruptions.
