Create and export your target audiences to your ESP
Simply create targeted audience selections in Apteco Orbit and then upload your audience directly to one of the 25 email service providers (ESPs) that Apteco integrates with. By utilising the handy check panel, users can verify the accuracy of their selections using visualisations, so that they can confidently export their data to the ESP. The audience list can then be confirmed in the Orbit campaign tab, to ensure successful receipt by the ESP.
Broadcast email campaigns from the Orbit platform
Once you have selected your target audience and created your email list, you can then choose to upload your list to your ESP, or you could simply broadcast your email campaigns directly from Apteco Orbit.
To do this, proceed to the delivery step and select an ESP that has been set up in the channel editor. You can then publish your email directly from Orbit and your email campaign will be triggered immediately. Your campaign status and performance can then be monitored in the campaign tab.
Schedule your campaigns to run at a set date and time
Your email messages can be conveniently scheduled to run at a set date, time, and time zone, allowing you to tend to other valuable tasks while your campaign runs in the background.
Scheduling your campaign can be done through the audience tab in Orbit, using the export panel, by choosing the ESP in the delivery step and the message name in the publishing window. Schedules can be edited or deleted if needed in the campaign tab in Orbit. To edit a campaign schedule, navigate to the campaign tab in Orbit and click on edit schedule, and edit the date, time or time zone in the publishing window. You can also delete the schedule from this window.

Streamline your email marketing and eliminate manual processes
Schedule your email campaigns to run as a single instance or on a recurring schedule - on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Automate your emails to run at, or from, a required date and time and in a specific time zone, with your preferred recurrence pattern until an optional end date.
For example, you could choose to schedule email campaigns, such as a monthly newsletter, on a recurring schedule on the first Monday of each month from now until the end of the year.
Campaigns displayed on the campaign overview screen can also be filtered, sorted, and displayed by the next scheduled run date and time, to help you navigate to the campaigns you want to monitor or edit more easily.
Within the Apteco Orbit platform, users can create a highly targeted audience list for their email campaigns and then export the list directly to their chosen ESP to broadcast from the ESP.
Orbit users can choose to export their audience list to an ESP that has been set up in the PeopleStage Channel Editor, or they can conveniently schedule and broadcast email campaigns directly from Orbit.
Conveniently schedule your email campaigns to run at a specific date, time and time zone or set a recurring schedule to run your email campaign daily, weekly or monthly when broadcasting from Orbit. Schedules can also be sorted for easier navigation and edited / deleted directly from the campaigns overview page.
Campaign monitoring functionality allows users to easily monitor the status and progress of their campaigns within the Orbit platform.
Campaigns created in Orbit are automatically drawn in the PeopleStage interface in an area called Apteco Orbit, so there is no need for users to draw diagrams or use a wizard.
Users can confidently export their data after checking it, using the visualisations in the Orbit check panel.
