Apteco Live is blasting off... in-person and online!

The 2024 Apteco Live annual user conference is getting ready for launch! Available this November as a hybrid event for our partners and customers, this year's space themed event is being live streamed from the National Space Centre in Leicester and is the first time our conference has been held outside of London for 15 years.

We're literally over the moon to see you all again so soon after our global launch event for Apteco Orbit in May, and once again we have two exciting days of new feature reveals and announcements for our end-to-end marketing platform.

For delegates choosing to attend in-person, prepare for an interstellar journey with the full-day Apteco experience on day one, where in the morning you can join us for our networking adventure: the ‘Apteco Expo’, and then in the afternoon for the main conference in the UK's largest planetarium. Delegates will have the cosmic opportunity to meet the Apteco crew directly, including our product managers, technical services team, and training specialists. You’ll also have the chance to connect with this year's stellar award finalists and network with fellow users and partners. Then join us for the afternoon online on day two as we continue our journey. 

Our agenda is packed with out-of-this-world sessions, featuring product updates, captivating guest speakers, real-life case studies, and focus groups that let you explore the depths of our software. The 'Best use of Apteco award 2024' competition will celebrate the groundbreaking and triumphant use of Apteco software to supercharge marketing activities and elevate the customer experience, recognising those who have delivered stellar benefits to their organisations. The award winner will be unveiled on day two at Apteco Live 2024! And as always, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved and be part of the action.

The essentials

When and where:

• Day one will be on Friday 15 November 2024 and delegates will have the choice to either:
  • Join us in person at the amazing National Space Centre on Exploration Drive in Leicester 10.30am-4.45pm
  • Or watch the event via live stream on our online event platform 1.15-3.45pm GMT
•  Day two will be on Monday 18 November 2024, 1.00-4.15pm GMT and will be available online only via our online event platform

* Note that booking is essential to attend this conference. All places must be registered using our Eventbrite page (once available) and places will be allocated equitably for all partners and clients. There is a limit of ten places for each organisation wanting to attend online, and a limit of three places per organisation to attend in person. In-person places will be available on a strictly first-come, first-served basis so please book early. All delegates must have a valid Apteco software licence when the conference takes place. We will maintain a waiting list if we have excess demand for the in-person event.

Travel and hotel

We have negotiated a special rate for Apteco guests at the Novotel Leicester and have plenty of rooms held on allocation until 28 days prior to our event. Set in the heart of the city, the hotel is 1.8 miles from the National Space Centre, 0.8 miles from Leicester Station and 6.1 miles from the motorway. Please email events@apteco.com to request the special booking link and discount codes so that you can book your room.

We are looking into providing a shuttle bus between the train station and the venue - further details coming soon!
